We all know that we have to do lots of things to do. Time management can help us in performance this tasks. It is some how discipline of moving to the next task when we have already spent on this task well enough time. Usually we schedule all our work for instance, meeting with our friends, going to the café. Sometimes it is better to do less important task which will not take much time then do more important but time flexible task. To be sure that time flexible task will not be delayed for indefinite period, people usually write this tasks on their schedule ahead of time.
